C&W appoints new industrial lead

Cushman & Wakefield has promoted Tim Crighton to lead its logistics and industrial team in EMEA.

Crighton replaces Rob Hall, who is stepping down from overall team leadership after 22 years. Hall will remain responsible for occupier services, including its performance in tenant representation.

Crighton, who joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2019 from Kingfisher, will be tasked with leading the team and coordinating the firm’s brokerage, occupier services, project and development services, valuation, and capital markets activity across the logistics and industrial sector in EMEA.

C&W EMEA chief executive Colin Wilson said: “Tim is held in the highest regard by our clients for his strategic thinking, specialist supply chain expertise, and for the innovative logistics solutions on which he has advised them since joining the firm. He is ideally equipped to take on the leadership role as Rob hands over the reins, having transformed our sector group beyond all recognition.”

Crighton added: “As supply chains continue to face remarkable pressure and transformation, it’s an incredibly exciting time to take on the leadership of the sector team and I can’t wait to get started. I have some big shoes to fill, taking over from Rob.

“Thankfully for me, and our clients, Rob remains as a key part of the connected, forward-thinking and client-focused team he worked tirelessly to build. I look forward to continuing to work with him and our colleagues across the region.”
