Malaysia’s Kumpulan Wang Amanah Pencen has appointed Cushman & Wakefield to market 88 Wood Street, EC2, for sale.
The striking Richard Rodgers designed building will be marketed with a £265m price tag, reflecting a 4.7% yield.
KWAP bought the 247,000 sq ft office block for £215m – a 5.8% yield – through Deutsche Asset and Wealth Management in 2013.
