C&W replaces CBRE on Adelphi

Adelphi-building.jpegCushman & Wakefield has replaced CBRE as joint letting agent on Blackstone’s Adelphi building, WC2.

Knight Frank has been retained as joint letting agent on the Grade II listed, 207,500 sq ft art deco block, which is located just off the Strand.

A spokesman for Blackstone Property Management said: “We are reinvigorating our leasing campaign for the Adelphi as 123,500 sq ft of new space across floors seven to 11 in the building is brought to the West End market.

“CBRE is a first class adviser, who continue to be instructed on a number of our developments across London”.

Blackstone bought the building from Dubai investment fund Istithmar in 2012 for around £260m – a 7.5% yield.

Existing tenants include US shared office provider NeueHouse and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
