CWG signs Lina Stores for Crossrail Place restaurant

Canary Wharf Group has secured Italian restaurant Lina Stores to open a restaurant at Crossrail Place Roof Garden in Canary Wharf, E14.

The restaurant has taken 5,600 sq ft over the ground and mezzanine floors at the development on a 15-year lease.

Lina Stores will have a restaurant, deli and bar. It is due to open later this summer.

Crossrail Place is a 53,500 sq ft mixed-use development located in the north dock, adjacent to the HSBC tower at Canary Wharf.

Last week, Quadrant signed Italian restaurant group Big Mamma for a new location at the YY London building in Canary Wharf, with the opening planned for this summer. Before that, Eastern Mediterranean restaurant group Brother Marcus also announced it would be opening at YY London during the same time.

Lina Stores is currently has 10 sites across UK, including nine in London and one in Manchester and is looking for more sites.
