Canary Wharf Group is to launch its new rental brand, Vertus, at its 10 George Street development at Wood Wharf.
The 327-apartment building will be the first of three build-to-rent schemes to open on the firm’s estate.
It is due to open in January and will also house 6,000 sq ft of amenity space, including a lounge, bar, terrace and gym run by wellness experts Antidote, which is part of The Health Concierge Group.
Residents will be able to have complete control over the colour schemes and decoration of their apartments.
Alastair Mullens, head of Vertus, said: “The apartments at 10 George Street are set to raise the standards of build-to-rent in London. As a new residential landlord for Canary Wharf, Vertus will provide a fantastic experience for those who rent with Vertus, with varied facilities, an exciting events programme and 24/7 concierge, all without the commitment of buying. We expect to see a strong demand for these apartments once they launch in 2020.”
Studio units at the 37-storey building start from £1,950 per calendar month.
