Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker has poached Jones Lang LaSalle’s head of industrial markets, Peter Winfield, to head its UK industrial capital markets team.
He will work on the development of the firm’s growing presence in the industrial, logistics and warehouse investment markets in the UK alongside John Barber, Richard Peace and Chris Lewis.
Tim Sketchley, head of capital markets in the UK at CWHB said: “Peter’s arrival is a major boost for our already strong and growing capital markets and agency team.
“With Peter on board we are in an even stronger position to grow this area of our business.”
Winfield, who has spent the past 17 years at JLL, said; “I see joining CWHB as an outstanding opportunity to build on existing strengths and will help to put the firm at the forefront of the UK industrial investment market.”
