Niche agency CWM has recruited food & beverage and leisure agent Kate Sadler from Cushman & Wakefield.
Sadler has joined CWM as a partner after nearly a decade at C&W, which she joined in 2011 as a chartered surveyor.
In her new role, Sadler will specialise in advising central London estates and developments on their F&B strategies. These include the Howard de Walden Estate, St George, Business Design Centre and Enstar.
She will also continue to act on behalf of London Continental Railways on the redevelopment of the former Eurostar terminal, Waterloo London, as well as for Battersea Power Station Development Company on F&B and leisure leasing across its 42-acre estate.
Scott Murdoch, founding partner of CWM, said: “Kate’s hire reinforces CWM’s strength and position in the leisure and restaurants market.
“Our clients need the best advice and highest level of service during this challenging climate, and going forwards the team at CWM are positioned to provide this now more than ever.”
