CWM has been appointed as joint letting agent with Jones Lang LaSalle on Bath’s “mini estate”, Milsom Place.
Owners L&R Group have enlisted CWM to improve on the existing tenant mix and to bring well established London-based retailers to the 55,000 sq ft scheme.
