Law firm DAC Beachcroft is to take 24,800 sq ft of refurbished space at St Paul’s House in Park Square, Leeds.
The firm will consolidate into the new premises by the middle of 2015, reducing the firm’s overall footprint significantly.
The Grade II-listed building, built in 1878 as a warehouse and cloth-cutting works, is currently undergoing a refurbishment scheduled to complete next year.
