Italian TV chef Gino D’Acampo plans to open a 250-seat restaurant in the Corn Exchange in Manchester and another at Euston train station in London under his My Restaurant brand.
Also backing the venture is Piccolino owner Steven Walker.
The Manchester site will open in November, with the refurbished building on Exchange Square undergoing a phased opening of restaurant spaces.
