Goodman has been granted planning permission for a £50m print works for A&N Media, part of the Daily Mail group.
A&N Media will relocate to the 130,000 sq ft facility in Thurrock, Essex, from its existing site in Surrey Quays, south London.
Jason Harris, development director at Goodman, said: “A&N Media will act as an anchor occupier for our development and a catalyst for the regeneration of this area of Thurrock.”
Separately, Goodman has let 4.1 acres of land to The Co-operative Group, which is will use as yard space for its vehicles.
Phase one of development at Thurrock Commercial Park is now fully prelet.
Phase two of the park comprises 12 acres of space for a shed of up to 240,000 sq ft.
