A £10m “budget luxury” Dakota hotel near the Forth Bridge, in Ferrymuir, Scotland, is to be built by Formula One racing driver David Coulthard’s joint venture with Malmaison hotel group founder Ken McCulloch and developer Evans Property Group. Evans will start work on site this summer with completion due next year.
