Dalata Hotel Group is to acquire the Clarion Hotel Sligo in Ireland for €13.12m (£10m).
The four-star hotel sits on a 5.5 acre site and has 162 bedrooms and conference facilities.
Dalata will invest €750,000 in refurbishing the hotel and will rebrand it as the Clayton Hotel, Sligo.
The group had been managing the asset on behalf of the receiver since April 2013.
