Dubai’s Damac Properties is in talks to develop a site in London as it aims to be one of the top three property developers in the capital within the next five years.
The company has had talks with the Greater London Authority, and has viewed some 30 potential sites.
Chairman Hussain Sajwani said it was aiming to partner a local company to develop a mixed residential and commercial property site.
