Dame Alison Nimmo will step down from the Berkeley Group’s board in September.
Nimmo joined the board in September 2011 and has served as a member of the developer’s audit committee.
The former Crown Estate chief will step down at Berkeley’s AGM on 3 September.
Berkeley chair Glyn Barker said: “Her experience, expertise and counsel has been invaluable to the company throughout this time; particularly over the past 12 months.”
