Colliers International has appointed Damian Gee as director and head of business space lease advisory for the North.
Gee was previously a director at LSH in Manchester and has more than 16 years of experience in the sector with clients including Royal Mail, Harworth Estates and ITV.
He will be based in Colliers’ Manchester office and will work across the firm’s northern offices in Liverpool, Leeds and Sheffield to drive its regional strategy.
