A public consultation is set to begin on developer Dandara’s latest plan for a 995-unit residential scheme in Salford, Greater Manchester.
A previous apartment-led plan had consent on the site, off Chapel Street, but the project was shelved as a result of the downturn.
A detailed planning application is expected to be submitted to the local authority this year.
Dandara is also undertaking a 578-flat mixed-use project, known as Spectrum, which features eight commercial blocks as part of Ask Development’s Greengate Embankment project.
