The 3.5-acre mixed-use waterfront scheme, overlooking the north bank of the River Clyde, lies immediately west of the Kingston Bridge up to Warroch Street.

The developer hopes to get consent for 191,600 sq ft of offices, 853 apartments and over 7,000 sq ft of ground-floor retail space.

The four residential towers will be 22 storeys each.

Group property director, Andrew Wagstaff, said: “We will kick off with a substantial residential first phase of up to 400 units and a first phase office building of 70,000 sq ft net.

“We are confident that with the supply coming through on the city fringe, as long as it is competitively priced, it will let on target. We are in discussions with a variety of parties.”

Dandara would like to be on-site as early as autumn this year, with a construction program of two years.

CB Richard Ellis and Ryden are acting for Dandara. GM & AD partnership is the architect.
