Dandara unveils One City Wharf images

One City Wharf, Glasgow

Manchester-based developer Dandara has unveiled fresh images of its One City Wharf office tower in Glasgow.

The £200m mixed use development comprises 240,000 sq ft of offices, 856 apartments and shops in four 22-storey towers.

The scheme will be developed in four phases, the first comprising 426 apartments, 90,000 sq ft of offices and 7,000 sq ft of shops. Phase one should be completed by October 2009 for the commercial and spring 2010 for the residential element.

Alan Kinloch, development director at Dandara, said: “These images show the sheer scale of One City Wharf. Glasgow has yet to see a commercial development that can compare or compete on location and quality of specification.”

Dandara is being advised by CBRE & Ryden.
