Dandara has named a new divisional chief executive to oversee its housebuilding activities – who in turn has formed a new board.
Trevor Dempsey joined the developer in 2020 as managing director of its northern home counties division. He was previously managing director at Linden Homes and Bovis Homes, and was a director at Kier Living.
The new board will also include Chris Harris, divisional managing director, and James Horne, divisional finance director.
Dempsey said: “Dandara continues to go from strength to strength – we have performed well against our planned growth objectives and are performing well in every region… I believe that the changes we have made to the company structure will ensure the continued success of the business, help us to realise our full potential, and offer many opportunities for our people and our customers.”
