EjendomsInvest, the private Danish fund, has sold the former Stop Inn Southcrest Hotel in
The 73-bedroom hotel, which was formerly operated by the Real Hotel Company, is set in approximately 6.5 acres of woodlands and landscaped gardens.
The property features a 60-cover restaurant, 40-cover bar area, three conference and banqueting rooms, and a 75-space car park.
Southcrest Manor plans to refurbish the hotel and increase its events trade.
