North West Portfolio has purchased Building 1100 at Daresbury Park, Warrington, for £6.35m – a net initial yield of 9.8%.
The 41,733 sq ft block is let to NDA Properties at a rent of £15.79 per sq ft.
GVA acted for the private landlord vendor.
Other occupiers of the business park include De Vere Group, ABB, Angelo Designs, Ministry of Justice and Ombudsman Services.
The mixed-use scheme is expected to support 2,500 jobs once complete
The site holds hybrid planning consent for 1,493 homes, 475 hotel beds and 31,000 sq ft of commercial space
