David Chipperfield Architects, the company which won the 2023 Pritzker Architecture Prize, has relocated to a new 10,355 sq ft office at 22 Little Portland Street in Fitzrovia, W1.
The international architecture practice will occupy an entire building and have its own street-front presence, following a comprehensive refurbishment by the Langham Estate.
The HQ will also feature social and entertainment spaces for clients, including a new roof terrace.
Julia Loughnane, director at David Chipperfield Architects ,said: “We are delighted to have moved into our new home in Fitzrovia and it is exciting to be back in the West End again after so many years away. Being right in the centre of the city, with access to arts and cultural institutions, retail and dining options is inspiring for us as architects and designers.”
