David Wilson Homes buys Cheshire site

Strategic land company Richborough Estates has sold a 25-acre development site in Cheshire to David Wilson Homes for £10m.

Located next to Congleton in the Somerford Triangle, the Blacks Firs Park site has planning consent for 170 homes.

The site forms part of the strategic allocation in Cheshire East’s emerging local plan.

Paul Campbell, joint managing director at Richborough Estates, said: “David Wilson Homes’ track record in delivery of contemporary family homes that respect the character and materials of the local area makes it an ideal choice to bring forward a new community at Black Firs Park.”

Ben Marshalsay of Fisher German was the sales agent.
