New York-based art dealer David Zwirner has become the latest gallery owner to secure a high-profile building in Mayfair.
The David Zwirner Gallery has agreed to take 10,000 sq ft at 24 Grafton Street, W1, at a rent of around £100 per sq ft. It has signed a 15-year lease on the recently refurbished building.
There was a spate of lettings to galleries last year, including The Pace Gallery, which took space on South Audley Street, W1, and Pilar Ordovas, who agreed to take the ground floor of 25A Savile Row, W1.
Pilcher Hershman acted for Zwirner; Knight Frank advised the landlord CREMS.
