Davis Coffer Lyons has hired Landsec brand activation executive Abbey Rooke as a negotiator, as the firm expands its ranks.
Rooke worked at Landsec for more than five years, where she delivered temporary lettings and pop-ups across its portfolio. Before that, she was a finance executive at marketing provider Howard Hunt.
Her hire comes after the firm appointed Phoebe Brydon as sales and lease assignments co-ordinator in June earlier this year, specialising in restaurants.
Brydon joined the firm from Berkeley Group, where she was also a sales co-ordinator for St James, working on its flagship White City development.
