Leisure property agency Davis Coffer Lyons has been appointed to dispose of Bierkeller’s sites after its parent company, Burning Night Group, collapsed into administration last week.
The agent will act on behalf of administrator Begbies Traynor to dispose of six Bierkeller sites in Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham, Nottingham and Harrogate.
The venues – including The Bierkeller, Around The World, Shooters Bar, Smokin’ Bar & Kitchen and The Potting Shed – are available as leaseholds and either individually or as a group.
One Bierkeller venue in Cardiff, located at the Millennium Stadium, has already closed. The remaining sites will continue to trade as normal throughout the sales process.
Paul Tallentyre, executive director of the pubs and bars team at Davis Coffer Lyons, said: “The group of venues include some fantastic sites in great condition with the potential to roll the Bierkeller concept out in other cities.”
