Davy brings in Harvest portfolio

Madrid-shopping-centre-THUMB.jpegIrish firm Davy has bought Nama’s Harvest portfolio of Irish shopping centre for €40m (£28.7m), reflecting a yield of 11.4%.

The portfolio comprises centres in Dungarvan, Thurles, Cashel, Mullingar and Navan and was marketed initially at €50m.

Bannon and Lisney acted for Nama. CBRE acted for Davy.
