PointPark Properties (P3) has leased an additional 7,000 m2 of warehousing and 290 m2 of offices at PointPark Prague D1 and 3,037 m2 of logistics and office space at P3’s PointPark Zilina in Slovakia, to DB Schenker.
Rents are not being published but levels in Prague are around €54 per m2 and are €43.20 per m2 in Slovakia.
The 177,700 m2 Prague park is near Strancice, around 16km from the city. Built in 2006, it is 95% occupied. More than 39,000 m2 of land with permits for new development is ready for future build-to-suit schemes.
The Zilina project covers 90,000 m2 and there is potential to build a further 35,000 m2 warehouse. The park is near the town of Strecno.
