Restaurant group D&D London is considering expanding in Europe, its chairman and chief executive, Des Gunewardena, said.
The company, which owns the Coq d’Argent and Quaglino’s restaurants, is looking at sites in Amsterdam and also Lisbon, he said.
Adding to its overseas interests will reduce the company’s reliance on London, although Gunewardena expects the market there to be good for many years.
