The team responsible for the De Montfort commercial property lending report are to retire.
Bill Maxted and Trudi Porter, who have compiled the report since 1999, will step down once the next issue is completed in June 2016.
The pair will hand over the reins to a new team, which has yet to be appointed.
The report receives participation from over 80 lending teams semi-annually.
