De Vere Group has sold a £160m portfolio of six UK golf resorts to Sankaty Advisors and Canyon Capital Advisors.
The portfolio consists of 850 guest rooms, more than 20 restaurants and bars, eight championship golf courses and three nine-hole courses and leisure and spa facilities.
The group sale includes Cameron House and The Carrick on the banks of Loch Lomond in the Scottish Highlands; Slaley Hall in Northumberland; the Grade II listed Oulton Hall, Leeds; Mottram Hall, Cheshire; Belton Woods, Lincolnshire; and Dunston Hall, Norwich.
Christie + Co advised De Vere Group on the off-market deal.
