Debenhams Properties has signed a new lease at Crown Industrial Estate Taunton, Somerset, which will see it double the size of its space.
Debenhams Properties has taken 56,000 sq ft on a new FRI 15-year lease with the Crown Estate. The deal will see it combine its current 37,000 sq ft unit with a further 19,000 sq ft unit, forming the retailer’s print and signage division that supports its entire UK retail operations.
