Debenhams’ Piccadilly store in Manchester is to undergo a £30m redevelopment in a bid to woo shoppers back from the Trafford centre and the Triangle.
The Debenhams redevelopment initiative will complement other changes, such as the planned £60m redevelopment of the Piccadilly Plaza.
