Dee Corporation have paid £8.5m for a new 200,000-sq ft distribution centre for their Gateway Foodmarkets subsidiary on the Huntworth Business Park, next to junction 24 of the M5.
The park is being developed on a 74-acre site by Stansells (Taunton). The purchase price includes land, buildings, fitting out and plant. Dee Corporation were represented by Donaldsons, while Anthony Ratcliffe & Co acted for Stansells.
