Deepcut Barracks, in Surrey, is one of eight sites the Ministry of Defence is considering closing.
The barracks is under investigation over alleged suicides of four young soldiers.
The other bases under threat are Bordon, Arborfield, Lodge Hill and Chattenden, St Omer, Chichester, Worthy Down and Beaconsfield.
