FINANCE: German debt fund Deka Realkredit Klassik has bought a £26m senior tranche of a commercial real estate loan held against Sainsbury’s Holborn headquarters.
The tranche is part of a total financing of around £155m provided by DekaBank as the sole arranger. The building, 33 Holborn, EC1, comprises 323,000 sq ft of office space.
The Deka RealKredit Klassik fund launched in 2009 and has assets of around €400m (£315m) under management.
