Deka Immobilien has sold a logistics complex in 311-315 Half Acre Road in Cranbury, New Jersey, to listed US property company Duke Realty.
The building was part of the Deka-S-PropertyFund No 1 portfolio.
The property comprises a total lettable space of 88,000 m2 of which 85,000 m2 is storage space, 2,000 m2 is offices and 1,000 m2 is retail space.
The facility was built in 2002 and expanded in 2007.
