DekaBank’s London branch head, Mark Titcomb, is leaving the bank this month to pursue interests outside the banking industry.
He is to be replaced, subject to regulatory approval, by Chris Bennett.
Bennett has been at the bank as a senior director since the launch of its UK office in 2008.
Earlier this year, the representative office was transformed into a branch of DekaBank.
Anni Hönicke, head of real estate lending at DekaBank, said: “We are very grateful to Mark Titcomb for his exceptional commitment over the past 10 years and are sad to see him leave.
“With the appointment of Chris Bennett, we ensure a seamless transition in the management of our branch and continued excellence and expertise in the commercial real estate finance sector.”
