Delancey had appointed Lorna Brown as director of capital markets to devise and implement real estate-led strategies and help boost the growth of the developer’s portfolio.
Brown was previously head of real estate debt, EMEA at Legal & General Investment Management Real Assets for nearly two years.
Prior to this, she was managing director at Blackstone for over five years, focusing on adding value to investments, asset management and debt investments.
Between 2000 and 2011 she held various roles at Royal Bank of Scotland, including real estate managing director and head of real estate restructuring.
Brown said: “Delancey is an innovative investor across many asset classes and I am very excited to be joining such an established team.
“I am looking forward to combining my real estate and capital market knowledge to contribute towards the continued growth of Delancey’s diverse portfolio and business.”
