Delancey gets planning for two logistics hubs in Bristol

Delancey’s proposals to construct a two-building logistics scheme at the Patchway Enterprise Park in Bristol have been approved by the council.

The facilities, spanning 131,311 sq ft, will be delivered on behalf of client funds and are expected to attract household-name industrial occupiers.

Building 10a will measure 88,266 sq ft, while building 10b will provide 43,045 sq ft. Both developments are expected to incorporate sustainability features to reduce carbon usage, targeting BREEAM Outstanding and EPC A standards.

The development site is adjacent to The Mall at Cribbs Causeway shopping centre, less than a mile from junction 17 of the M5 and three miles from the M4/M5 interchange.

Matt Ellis, asset manager at Delancey, said: “We welcome the opportunity to again expand and improve the offering at Patchway Enterprise Park.

“Units 10a and 10b will not only meet the highest sustainability standards, but also bring much-needed, high-quality industrial and logistics space to the area.”

Delancey was advised by Knight Frank.
