Delancey has named a new director of finance, hiring a senior European executive from Tishman Speyer to lead its accounting and finance teams.
Brian Creegan spent five years with Tishman, where he led the European property finance and accounting teams.
Before that, he spent a decade with accountancy firm EY, working in London and Sydney.
He replaces Tom Wills in the roe at Delancey.
