Computer giant Dell has confirmed that it is taking offices at Elphinstone Group and Earthquake Property Partnership’s City Park in east Glasgow, as tipped in Estates Gazette (12/02/2005).
Dell will initially occupy a total of 129,000 sq ft at the former Imperial Tobacco factory but plans to take more space over the next three years.
The Scottish Executive had helped lure the US computer manufacturer to Glasgow with a £7.5m Regional Selective Assistance Grant.
City Park is funded by Irish Nationwide Building Society
