O’Shaughnessy’s role will include developing estate strategies, public sector land release and disposal, business case delivery, and programme development and management.
She previously worked for the Defence Infrastructure Organisation rationalising the Ministry of Defence’s property portfolio, and as a senior executive at the Homes and Communities Agency where she led the agency’s public sector land team.
