Deloitte moves Aberdeen team to new office

Deloitte’s Aberdeen team has moved to a new office at the Silver Fin Building on 455 Union Street. The workspace, located on the eighth floor, spans 6,079 sq ft.  The building extends to 132,446 sq ft arranged over nine floors. According to market sources, asking rents for fully fitted offices in the building are circa £30 per sq ft. Angela Mitchell, practice senior partner for Scotland at Deloitte, said: “The new office provides an environment that reflects our confidence in the North East and the role it continues to play nationally for Deloitte.” The move coincides with the promotion of Hazel Gray to senior partner.
