Deloitte Real Estate has hired Savills director of building and project consultancy Craig Robinson to head up its neighbourly matters team.
Robinson will head up Deloitte’s 15-strong neighbourly matters team who advise on rights of light, party walls and other amenity issues.
Robinson established and led Savills rights of light team. He has more than 20 years experience as a chartered surveyor.
Clive Pane, head of planning and development at Deloitte Real Estate, said: “We are leading experts in providing advice on neighbourly matters to developers and property owners.
“Craig is one of the main players in the industry and we have one the largest development platforms in London – it is a very good fit. We are delighted he is joining our team.”
Robinson will join Deloitte in May 2014 and he will be based at the firm’s head office in London.
