Deloitte has taken a new 10-year lease on its offices at Brindleyplace in Birmingham.
It has committed to remain at Four Brindleyplace, where it occupies 55,000 sq ft across three floors, until 2026 at a quoted rent of around £27 per sq ft.
The Brindleyplace estate is owned by Hines and Lone Star, and asset managed by Hines UK, Moorfield Group and Hudson Advisors.
On the back of the completion of this deal, Hines has committed to an extensive refurbishment.
Raj Rajput, Hines UK, said: “Deloitte’s decision to remain at Brindleyplace and invest in its occupation over the next decade is fantastic news for both the building and the wider estate.
“This commitment showcases Brindleyplace as a class-leading location and demonstrates the ongoing desirability of the estate as a commercial destination.”
