Printing and display firm Delta is buying Henderson’s 178,000 sq ft Magnum 25 shed in Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire, for around £12m. Delta – which supplies marketing material to the retail and film industries, and has made cardboard cutouts for films including Scott Pilgrim Vs the World – will occupy the shed itself. Magnum 25 has been empty since it was built five years ago. CB Richard Ellis, King Sturge and Glenny acted for Henderson; Delta was unrepresented.
