Derby homes partner sought

  Derby Cityscape is seeking a development partner for its Castleward Urban Village mixed-use scheme, which comprises 2,500 homes and 500,000 sq ft of commercial space in the heart of the city.     Together with Derby council, the East Midlands Development Agency and the Homes and Communities Agency, the urban regeneration company wants a developer to bring forward the 35.5-acre second phase of the £350m project.   A preferred partner will be chosen by April 2010.
