Derby Property Investments has sold the long leasehold of 11-13 Above Bar Street, Southampton, to Craigard for £1.9m – a net initial yield of 11.9%.
The high street site includes two shops totalling 7,211 sq ft across two upper floors.
Number 11 is let to Santander UK and number 13 is let to Yorkshire Building Society, bringing in a combined annual rental income of £238,725.
